To protect investor funds, Pennyr does not hold your money directly. All funds committed to a placement are held in a secure Escrow Trust Account managed by an independent, SEC-registered Custodian.

If a startup fails to meet its minimum funding target (at least 50% under SEC rules) within the offering period, 100% of the funds are returned to investors automatically.
